Who we are
Nendo is operated by Nternet Studio B.V., KvK 42054888, Jacob van Lennepstraat 78H, 1053 HM Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By using Nendo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Nendo (UAVG Art. 5). Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement are part of these terms.
What Nendo does
Nendo converts drawings and images into 3D figurines. You upload an image, we generate a 3D model using AI, and you can optionally order a full-color 3D print.
Your content
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and transform them solely for generating 3D models and fulfilling orders. This license ends when you delete your content or your account. Do not upload content you don't have the rights to.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nendo to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these rules, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach them.
Credits and payments
Credits are denominated in USD and can be used for generating figurines and as a discount on physical orders. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase (Art. 6:230o BW). However, by starting a figurine generation you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that generation once processing begins. Custom-made figurines are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are made to your specifications (Art. 6:230p(1)(f) BW).
Orders and shipping
Physical figurines are produced by third-party printing services and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.
Warranty and quality
3D-printed figurines are made from your original drawing. Results depend on the input and we do not guarantee exact reproduction. You have the legal warranty rights provided by Dutch law (conformiteit, Art. 7:17 BW). If your figurine arrives damaged or does not conform to what you reasonably expected, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limitations do not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our part, nor do they affect your statutory consumer rights under Dutch law.
Your account
You can use Nendo without an account for a limited number of free generations. When you sign up, your existing figurines are linked to your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Termination
You may stop using Nendo and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary termination.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Nendo (UAVG Art. 5). If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Marketing or update emails include an unsubscribe option.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless you are a consumer and entitled to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction under EU regulation (Brussels I bis Art. 17-19).
